The Klingon Empire began the moving process today from Quo'Nos. Klingon Refugee Starships were scanned from as far away as Starbase 118 which is located within the Donatu Sector. The Klingons destination which has been concealed from civilians until now we have just learned that the Klingons will be heading to the Celes Sector and their new Homeworld will be Celes II. Despite several large protests delivered within Paris and San Francisco, the Federation Council agreed to offer the Klingon Empire sanctuary within the known Federation territory.
United Earth President Ra-ghoratreii stated "We would not be the Federation if we did not offer sanctuary to the Klingon People..."
